1.     What materials do you use in your Products?

Our products are made from 100% Alpaca, 100% Baby Alpaca, or a blend of Alpaca and other fibers. This Alpaca is sourced, spun, and woven in Peru. We manufacture with, and only with, the highest standards of raw materials.

2.    Where do your products come from?

Our knits are 100% manufactured in the Peru. We work in Lima, Peru and are our knitters are certified fair trade. Our mission is to give work to those who need it, respectfully. 

3.    Where are you located?

We are located in Austin, Texas and Lima, Peru

4.    What does Unisex mean?

All of our products have been intentionally designed to fit anyone and everyone.



1. What type of payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and Paypal.  


1. How do you ship?

We ship USPS First Class Ground. Other options are available for wholesale.

2. Do you ship internationally?

Not yet, unfortunately. But Please send an email to miles@xsoele.com anyway.

3. When can I expect my order to ship?

Soéle ships Monday - Friday. Please allow 1-3 days for your order to be packed and ready to send out. Typically we are able to ship orders within 24 hours. However, during the holiday season order processing time may take up to 1 week. We appreciate your patience for that time of year.

4. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Orders typically take 2-7 days from the ship date for them to arrive. It depends on where you are located in relation to us. 

5. How do I cancel my order?

Please contact me at miles@xsoele.com as soon as possible if you would like to cancel your order. If your order has already shipped we will not be able to cancel your order. 

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of your order date. Just email miles@xsoele.com.
